Questions About Your Claim?

If you have been injured in an accident within the last 3 years as a result of someone else’s fault you may be entitled to claim compensation. The types of accident claims we can help you with include:
  • At work •Trippers  •Slippers  •In a Car  •As a Pedestrian
The law states, there is a standard time limit of 3 years in which a personal injury claim for compensation must be made. If there is no legal proceedings started in a court within 3 years, then the case is then time-barred or statute barred. NB. The 3 year deadline begins from either the date of the accident or from the date that you have knowledge that your injury was linked to the original accident called the date of knowledge.
This rule does not apply if you are a child or a person under a disability
For more information about the time limits that involves making a claim for compensation, speak to a representative.
At times it all depends on the attitude of the person you are suing and how long it takes you to recover from your injury.  We would certainly not want to achieve settlement of your claim at an undervalue for the sake of a quick settlement!
As a rule of thumb it could take any between 6 and 12 months depending on your own personal circumstances. However our specialist team of accident claims solicitors will be at hand to fully advise you throughout if the matter will take longer and the reasons why
We offer No Win No Fee arrangements* – which means it will not cost you a penny if your claim is unsuccessful

YOUR COMPENSATION

  • YOUR COMPENSATION!
  • WHY CHOOSE US?
  • The Law & Your Case
The value of your Claim potential is dependent on a number of issues, for example;
• The extent of your injury
• The length of time is taken for you to recover
• You’re out of pocket expenses and financial losses
Contrary to popular belief, there is no set amount of compensation for a particular type of injury. Each compensation claim is dealt with on an individual basis with its merits highlighted to ensure you receive the maximum amount of compensation possible.
We will act for you on a ‘no win no fee’ basis and will not take a penny out of your compensation.
If your win your claim, you pay a success fee together with the premium for any insurance policy taken out for your claim. Your entitled to seek recovery from your opponent of part or all of our basic charges and our expenses and disbursements, but not the success fee or any insurance premium
You will receive your compensation monies once we have agreed settlement with the other parties insurance company. In some instances, depending on the nature of your recovery, you can get an interim payment from the other side until your case is formally settled.
Yes you can! An interim payment is a partial amount of monies paid to you in settlement of a claim. If an interim payment is made, it does not at all mean that your claim has been fully settled and the insurers will continue to deal with other parts of your claim e.g loss of earnings or travel expense.
