PUBLIC FUNDING
Being approved Public Funding solicitors means that we are contracted with the Legal Services Commission, ensuring that we meet certain standards and provide a good service.

It is this Legal Services Commision which is responsible for the Community Legal Service, which funds non-criminal (civil) cases, and also the Criminal Defence Service, which funds advice and representation for people facing criminal charges.

For civil matters, providing you meet certain criteria, you may qualify for FREE legal advice and assistance and FREE public funding. Please contact us to establish whether you would qualify.

For criminal matters, legal advice and representation at the police station is FREE to EVERYONE. If cases are to be brought to court then we will discuss whether or not advice and representation in court will still receive free public funding.
